“ Decided to give German food for Valentines Day and OMG. This place is off the scales. Had a little of everything (Jager Schnitzel, Sauerkraut, Curry Wurst, spetzel, potato cakes and weiner art) and not one thing disappointed. If you are in Ft Walton Beach, give this place a try. You will be glad you did. PROST! ”

“ This place is like walking into a larger version of a traditional German restaurant. The decor, the tables, the vibe, the beers and the food are 100% traditional. I lived in Germany for 4 years and hands down the schnitzel, wurst, gravys and beers were spot on for a traditional Germany menu. The spatzle was fantastic as well. If you’re in the area and they are open I 100% recommend you try them, if you like German food. ”
“ On a very stormy night, as we travelled all day in the rain, we were in need of comfort food. This German food was wunderbar. Some dishes were very authentic, like the schnitzel, sausage, and mustard. We thoroughly enjoyed the German beer and wine – echt gut! The beer cheese and pretzel were delicious. The potato salad was a little different, but still sehr gut. The house salad was so unique. I loved the beets, green beans, and carrots. The apple strudel was himmlisch – absolutely delicious. Since it was Sunday night, they were out of a few items, but that didn’t take away from the experience. I really enjoyed the gemutliche ambiance. Our server, Lucy, was just a delight. ”
“ Parking can be tricky but it's worth it. The host was very fast and nice. The guy who runs the food was awesome! The portions are really big and taste absolutely fabulous! It takes you out of the states immediately. The server was awful... Doesn't even know her name because she never said it. She was just chaoticly moving people from table to table for some reason. Definitely will be back at some point but try to pick another server! ”

“ Had a feeling of “Gemutlichkeit” as we walked into this place. Only wished it wasn’t so loud, but it’s not their fault that they must serve such a raucous crowd. The Spatzle was delicious. We lived in Bavaria for many years and even had locals cook for us spatzle from scratch and this is how we remember it tasting, same with the sauerkraut. The pretzel was soft on the inside and toasty on the outside, remarkably good. Definitely worth another visit. ”
